Nearly everyone has to do this type of work inside their home.
Unless you’re a rockstar or you married a millionaire, you probably
have to face this on a daily basis.There are many part of the house that need specific attention and care, and need also specific products and treatment. A common mistake many people do is to treat every part of their home with the same products. This can lead to damages, specially if you’re using some chemicals that could damage your upholstery or your carpets.
Many times this happens out of desire to get the job done as quickly as possible. This however brings results that are far from optimal.
Good news is that it doesn’t have to be that way. Cleaning can be an activity you do having fun and treating your furniture with maximum care.
Expensive Products or Homemade ones?
This is a question i asked myself for quite some time. In part i was willing to listen to my old grandma advice and save money. Other times due to marketing campaigns and the desire to save time i chose to use expensive products.
After some experimentation, and a few accidental damages (my housband forgave me thanksfully!) I came to the conclusion that some are good in certain situations, while others are better in other situations.
